Tree Trimming Agreement

Removing or cutting larger ones on a large landscaped tree is not an easy task, which is why most homeowners hire a professional tree service for such jobs. You must have a detailed contract that requires the work to be done, the terms of payment and all liability issues, including insurance coverage. The arboriculture of ornamental and shaded trees is carried out by Acme Tree Service certified arborists. Acme Tree Service is fully insured and all workers are insured by work allowance, property damage, public liability and comprehensive corporate insurance. Note that the following example should only be considered as an example and should not be used as a formal and binding legal document. A real employment contract should be executed by a lawyer. This example, however, gives you an idea of what your contract should cover when you purchase arboreal services. Below is an example of a moving contract for tree services. This standard contract covers work on a tree that is dangerous and therefore wishes to be removed (or at least on a large scale) from the customer. If the work is less dramatic and the tree is safe – z.B for a simple pruning – a typical contract is generally less detailed. Stump Removal: the process of using a commercial stump mill to remove stumps to a depth of 4-8 inches underground, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

Unless indicated in the proposal, the distance between the stumps is not included in the price specifically indicated for tree removal. Loops from the stump ablation are not removed from the project unless this offer is indicated. Surface and basement roots beyond the stump are removed only if indicated in this quotation mark. Any additional work that is a direct consequence of foreign materials in the underground trunk or any other condition that is not recognizable during the estimation/citation process is billed according to our normal T-M rate. Agreement and power: By accepting, the client declares that he is fully entitled to sign the contract for the work indicated at the agreed address at which the work is to be completed. This is the whole agreement between the parties, and all discussions, negotiations and prior representations will be incorporated into and replaced by this contract, and the client cannot rely on issues prior to this contract or oral agreements before, during or after the date of the agreement. Additional work: Any additional work or equipment necessary to complete the work that is caused by the fact that the agents are not disclosed or caused by unknown foreign materials in the tree trunk, in the branches, underground or any other state that is not recognizable when estimating the declared work, are paid by the customer at our normal T-M rate. Limited warranty: All trees and plants provided by Martin Tree Service are guaranteed from the installation date for a full one-year replacement. This guarantee does not apply to trees, shrubs or plants that have been replaced under this warranty. This guarantee applies only to work on the written invoice and does not cover the negligence of the customer or third-party customer. Offer/estimate date:All estimates/offers provided by Martin Tree Service are valid for 90 days and must be accepted by written email or online agreement.
